You will not ever be debtless.

"Game, game, game, and again game" was as far from being a any type of game I would normally play for entertainment purposes, but we were given fair warning that the purpose of this wasn't for fun. So, as I went through the 13 levels of scribbled lines, flashing objects, and random text, I tried hard to pick up the hidden meaning behind this game.

Similar to Passage, "Game, game, game, and again game" symbolizes various aspects of life. However, that's kind of where the similarities end. Passage was simple in its message, and the love story between the characters contributed to a "cute-factor" (which every girl would appreciate). But "Game" had so much going on. I tried my best not to rush through each level and absorb everything that was going on, but I couldn't make sense of most of it. Only certain parts stuck out, such as the level that I think was representing capitalism. In that level, the text that blinked "You will not ever be debtless" hit me pretty hard (I've been thinking a lot about my student loans these days). And then level 10, which represented life insurance, was haunting with the wriggling bodies that multiplied across the scene.

All in all, I understand that the creator intended for this to be less of a game, but more of an art work to express his qualms towards "the tyranny of clean design and cold smoothness of much of the web/net art". But, maybe I'm just brain-washed by this "tyranny", because I left "Game, game, game and again game" with more confusion and annoyance than any sort of admiration towards the creator and his message.

PS: Can anyone explain the meaning behind those home videos?
