Arrrrrrrggg!

Hey! I don't know if anyone is checking the website, but I posted my final project to youtube.com. I had to leave school early because I had viral tonsillitis, and basically felt like I had the flu and mono combined! Ach! Alas, it is allll over with--but I had to finish my exams on the fly and I had planned on presenting my "exam" to you in class.

Oh, Eliza!

Eliza is awful! It definitely is a parody of BAD therapists and therapy! My brother just got his masters in Psychology and I can only imagine him being similar to this! Yeah, my brother and I have a complicated relationship. Anyway, this is the kind of therapy-style that is so utterly frustrating to encounter; not because it is a computer, but because it's a very Socratic way of figuring out your problems...which is why you went to the therapy session to begin with. Thus, you might as well sit at home and ask yourself questions instead of paying the "doctor" to do it at the office.

Krazy Kat numero uno

Okay, so I went back and reread Krazy Kat part one and ended up taking almost an entire page full of notes! This is interesting because the "kop" and the mouse are little more less distinct in their phonetic speech. Also, very often when a box is centered on action happening at the jail house, if you look at the background, it changes.

Strap on your seatbelts, kids.

So, Little Nemo--I kind of want him as my son. Mainly because he's so cute and kind of a horn dog--i.e. the glass princess, and etc.! And, for some reason, it's endearing and creepy at the same time; which ironically describes the comic itself. Despite the comics aim (I assume...but you know what they say about that) to be somewhat generic or not a completely flagrant comic with political or satirical purposes, it is a sort of social commentary.

Better late than never :)

I just finished "playing" Passage and it was so sad. I saw the little figure that I was supposed to manipulate and started walking forward since the game is played in that small rectangle. Then, I realized I could walk down and back, not just up and forward. That, is much like life, there are many different paths you can choose from! At first, when I saw the girl, I thought, "Oh, no--I need to fight her off!" but it wasn't that simple. Or was it? Love, many people think, is natural, and I suppose to a certain extent, it is.
